Important Notice: Pause on product shipping outside of Germany due to EU Packaging Regulations (PPWR)

Dear coffeelovers from the EU,

we have some tough news to share.

The new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) entered into force on August 12, 2026. While we fully support the vision of a more sustainable and circular economy, the regulation introduces extensive, complex bureaucratic requirements and significant legal uncertainties for operations of our scale.

Ensuring 100% legal compliance without compromising the quality of our service requires resources and time we currently cannot support without passing immense costs on to you. To manage these operational risks responsibly, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily pause our product shipping outside of Germany for now.

We are actively evaluating sustainable long-term solutions to return safely and fully compliant. Thank you for your understanding and ongoing support during this transition. We hope to find a solution soon to continue providing our pure coffee water to all of you.
