Dissolve one portion (1 stick) in 5 liters of deionized water. Use the prepared water for making coffee and tea and consume in usual quantities.

One portion (1 stick - 0.8g) contains 79mg magnesium and corresponds to 21% of the nutrient reference values (NRV) according to Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011.

Excessive consumption of magnesium can have a laxative effect.
